Licensing Information

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font known as Bone Font V1.0 under the terms outlined in this document. This license allows for personal and commercial use within the limits defined below.

2. Usage Rights

The Licensee may use the font in:

• Personal and commercial projects (e.g., websites, branding, advertising).

• Reproduction of the font in various digital or print formats, including logos, social media posts, and marketing materials.

The Licensee may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the font in any form, including offering it for free or in a paid bundle.

• Alter the font and claim it as their own.

• Embed the font in any software, application, or website without prior written permission from the Licensor.

3. Number of Users

This license is valid for use by [1] user. If the Licensee requires additional users, an extended license must be purchased from the Licensor.

4. Modifications and Derivatives

The Licensee may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the font without prior written permission from the Licensor.

5. Embedded Use

Embedding the font in web pages, mobile applications, or any software is restricted. For web embedding or app use, a separate web/app license must be purchased.

6. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the font and destroy any copies in their possession.

7. Liability

The Licensor is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the font, including lost profits, or any other commercial damage.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in this jurisdiction.

9. Fee and Payment

The font license is offered at a one-time fee or as per the agreed-upon pricing structure. Licensee must make payment before receiving access to the font file.
