  • We take clients on a rolling basis so we will get started on your project as soon as we can! Start by filling out the contact form and we’ll be in touch to set up your free consultation call.

  • Each project is different, and depends on the speed of communication, and a number of other factors. After purchasing, within 24 hours, our team will reach out to you with a Logo Design Questionnaire. After filling that out, our Designer gets to work creating your logo concepts. Once a concept is approved, the next step is to complete the other logo variations. Brand colors and typography are next. Each step of the way, clients will receive updates and requests for approval.

  • All of our projects are tailored to fit your specific needs, so the timeline and turnaround time vary depending on project scope as well as client response time. At the start of your project, we will give you a timeline overview. We always aim to get projects done in an efficient and timely manner without sacrificing quality, and we promise to return all emails within 48 hours or less. If you have a specific deadline you are working with, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • We know how expensive it is to start a business—trust us! We are always open to a conversation about what may best suit your needs and budget.

  • We work as a team on almost all projects! David is the one behind the design, and Steve is the one behind the websites, brand messaging, and other work. Together we have worked with hundreds of small businesses and entrepreneurs to go from a mere idea to a full-blown brand. Trust us when we say we know what it takes to successfully dream up and launch and effective and striking brand.

  • Almost all communication with our clients is done via email, Zoom, or phone, so just let us know what your preferred method of communication is! We promise to respond to your emails within 1-2 business days.

  • We use Squarespace as our preferred website platform. Squarespace is very user-friendly, so once we build and launch your site, we will train you how to own and manage it. We also offer websites on WordPress & Shopify platforms.

  • Absolutely! We will just need your login information for your domain provider so we can connect it when we’re ready to go live.

  • We’d love to! We recommend signing up for a Brand Audit, where we'll determine your brand strengths and weaknesses, identify any inconsistencies in your brand, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
