Each project is different, and depends on the speed of communication, and a number of other factors. After purchasing, within 24 hours, our team will reach out to you with a Logo Design Questionnaire. After filling that out, our Designer gets to work creating your logo concepts. Once a concept is approved, the next step is to complete the other logo variations. Brand colors and typography are next. Each step of the way, clients will receive updates and requests for approval.

All of our projects are tailored to fit your specific needs, so the timeline and turnaround time vary depending on project scope as well as client response time. At the start of your project, we will give you a timeline overview. We always aim to get projects done in an efficient and timely manner without sacrificing quality, and we promise to return all emails within 48 hours or less. If you have a specific deadline you are working with, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Almost all communication with our clients is done via email, Zoom, or phone, so just let us know what your preferred method of communication is! We promise to respond to your emails within 1-2 business days.

We use Squarespace as our preferred website platform. Squarespace is very user-friendly, so once we build and launch your site, we will train you how to own and manage it. We also offer websites on WordPress & Shopify platforms.

Absolutely! We will just need your login information for your domain provider so we can connect it when we’re ready to go live.
